The "Li_Triangle_ARG_MRP_NMIC.gdb" geospatial database was developed by the U.S. Geological Survey for use in a geographic information system (GIS) to support mineral resource research and assessment of lithium resources in the Argentina portion of the central South American Lithium Triangle. This data release compiles the electron microprobe spot analyses of U, Th, and Pb concentrations in uraninite (U oxide) particles, and corresponding calculated age determinations, measured in samples of ore from two uranium-copper breccia pipe ore bodies, the Canyon (Pinyon Plain) and Hack II deposits. This data release provides digital flight-line and gridded data for a high-resolution airborne magnetic and radiometric survey over the region surrounding the Wet Mountains of southern Colorado, including parts of Custer and Fremont Counties. From 2008 to 2012, the U.S. Geological Survey, in cooperation with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District, developed an acoustic backscatter surrogate (model 1.0) for estimating real-time suspended-sediment concentration and loads at Clearwater River at Spalding, ID (USGS ID: 13342500) using a horizontally-mounted 3000kHz acoustic Doppler velocity meter (ADVM). This study is a continuation of the 2008 to 2012 acoustic backscatter surrogate study using samples collected since 2015 to validate the continued use of model 1.0. This data release contains two related datasets acquired for the uncrewed aerial system aeromagnetic test survey at the Boulder Magnetic Observatory. The first contains the raw magnetic data for the set of four test flights, and the second contains the compensated magnetic data for the same four flights. This data release is part of a 2016-2019 study on the geology, geochemistry and geochronology of ore systems in the eastern Yukon-Tanana Upland region, Alaska. Whole rock chemistry was conducted on 185 samples, mostly from Au prospects, with lesser samples from porphyry Cu prospects. Geographically, most samples are from gold prospects near the Pogo Au mine and east to Black Mountain in the Big Delta quadrangle. This data release includes 40Ar/39Ar data from the U.S. Geological Survey for samples from Old Mine Park Area, Trumbull, Connecticut. Mineral samples were collected by Robert Wintsch and Harold Moritz. Potassium-bearing mineral grains were separated from the bulk sample and analyzed by argon geochronology at the U.S. Geological Survey Bascom ARgon Dating (BARD) Laboratory in Reston, Virginia. The core was drilled in order to study contact-type copper and nickel sulfide mineralization in the Stillwater Complex.
