This simple assessment raster is used to answer management questions (MQs) about where change agents (CAs) overlap with BLM high biodiversity sites (HBS) in the Central Great Basin and Range Ecoregion. This is a basic footprint assessment of anthropogenic features (urban development, roads, etc) represented in the near-future scenario (circa 2030) intersect with HBS. The HBS were derived from source data characterizing locations with concentrated at-risk biodiversity or existing source data of a prioritization exercise that identified areas of high conservation significance. A comprehensive list of 38 categories of anthropogenic drivers of change in marine ecosystems developed through expert workshops (S1) was assessed for data availability on a global scale. We intentionally did not further subdivide these categories into unique drivers (e.g. each specific type of pollutant) as this would lead to over-emphasis of certain activities when impacts are summed. Although the impacts of exotic plant invasions on community structure and ecosystem processes are well appreciated, the pathways or mechanisms that underlie these impacts are poorly understood. Better exploration of these processes is essential to understanding why exotic plants impact only certain systems, and why only some invaders have large impacts. This raster is used to answer the management question (MQ) regarding areas of low potential for renewable energy development (solar, wind, geothermal) that could potentially mitigate impacts to CEs from potential energy development in the Mojave Basin and Range Ecoregion. The value indicated in the raster represents a score between 0-100, the lower values indicating areas of poor landscape condition (ecological integrity). The higher the score, better landscape conditions are expected. Areas in the middle of the spectrum likely offer areas that present opportunities for mitigation under the logic that these areas are likely to be mildly impacted by change agents and therefore present opportunities for mitigation/restoration....
