The data presented in this data release include concentrations of current-use pesticides, nutrients, chloride, and metals in surface water collected from 60 wetlands including natural ponds, excavated ponds (Xponds), and stormwater basins in the New Jersey Pinelands, 2018-20. Site information, basic water-quality parameters, and method information also are included.
Water, sediment, anuran food (leaf litter and detritus) and whole body larval amphibian composites were analyzed for over 100 current-use pesticides from 24 wetlands representing land-use gradients in the New Jersey Pinelands, USA during 2014-2016. Emerging amphibian pathogens, Ranavirus and Batrachochytrium dendrobatidis (Bd) were also assessed in individual larvae at the 24 wetlands. Tables in this data release contain the results from these analyses, with quality assurance summaries, along with site information, including land-use classifications.

This tabular data set represents the presence of six National Hydrography Dataset (NHD) high resolution waterbody types compiled for two spatial components of the NHDPlus version 2 data suite (NHDPlusv2) for the conterminous United States; 1) individual reach catchments and 2) reach catchments accumulated upstream through the river network. The six types of waterbodies presented here are: playa, ice mass, lake/pond, reservoir, swamp/marsh, and estuary. This dataset can be linked to the NHDPlus version 2 data suite by the unique identifier COMID. The source data is the NHDPlus high resolution waterbodies produced by USGS , 2015. Units are percent. Reach catchment information characterizes data at the local scale....

This database contains breeding pond use data (i.e., egg mass and larval abundance counts) of three ambystomatid salamander species (Spotted salamander, Jefferson salamander, and marbled salamander) collected from 200 individual aquatic habitats (ponds, wetlands, and impoundments) in the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation. Data were collected between the years 2001 and 2003. The database contains three separate table files (i.e., entities) in csv format: 1) Salamander egg mass/larval abundance counts; 2) site habitat data; and 3) site location data. The salamander data file includes egg mass counts for Spotted and Jefferson salamanders and presence/absence data for Marbled salamander larvae for Marbled salamanders...
