SMART-SLEUTH: Augmenting the SLEUTH urban growth model with new smart-growth scenario-building capabilities We will develop SMART-SLEUTH, an advanced spatially explicit modeling framework designed to augment the current SLEUTH model with sophisticated smart-growth capabilities.
