This map was developed to examine multi-scale spatial relationships between percentage of sagebrush and other response variables of interest. A map of sagebrush in the western United States was used as a base layer for a moving window analysis to calculate the percentage of the area classified as sagebrush within a 5-km search radius. Provides 5-km scale proportion of sagebrush land cover for use in examining multi-scale relationships.
This map depicts the distribution of existing vegetation types contained in the LANDFIRE dataset. All 30-meter EVT grids were resampled to 90-meter grids and merged to create the final product. This map was created for the purpose of providing a coarse-scale perspective on the distribution of existing vegetation in the western United States.
This map was developed to examine the distribution of edge denisty between sagebrush and all other landcover types. A map of sagebrush in the western United States was used as a base layer for a moving window analysis in FRAGSTATS to calculate edge density (km/sq km) within a 5-km search radius. Provides 5-km sagebrush edge density for examining landscape connctivity and spatial metrics.

This map was developed to examine multi-scale spatial relationships between percentage of sagebrush and other response variables of interest. A map of sagebrush in the western United States was used as a base layer for a moving window analysis to calculate the percentage of the area classified as sagebrush within a 18-km search radius. Provides 18-km scale proportion of sagebrush land cover for use in examining multi-scale relationships.

This map was developed to examine multi-scale spatial relationships between percentage of sagebrush and other response variables of interest. A map of sagebrush in the western United States was used as a base layer for a moving window analysis to calculate the percentage of the area classified as sagebrush within a 54-km search radius. Provides 54-km scale proportion of sagebrush land cover for use in examining multi-scale relationships.
