This map was developed to examine multi-scale spatial relationships between percentage of sagebrush and other response variables of interest. A map of sagebrush in the western United States was used as a base layer for a moving window analysis to calculate the percentage of the area classified as sagebrush within a 5-km search radius. Provides 5-km scale proportion of sagebrush land cover for use in examining multi-scale relationships.
This map was developed to examine multi-scale spatial relationships between percentage of sagebrush and other response variables of interest. A map of sagebrush in the western United States was used as a base layer for a moving window analysis to calculate the percentage of the area classified as sagebrush within a 18-km search radius. Provides 18-km scale proportion of sagebrush land cover for use in examining multi-scale relationships.
This map was developed to map the probablity of cheatgrass in order to examine the overlap of cheatgrass with high priority sagebrush restoration areas. Logistic regression was used to create linear models that were than spatially applied to the landscape. Inputs for regression analysis included elevation, precipitation, soil pH, soil depth, soil salinity, and available water capacity extracted at 6,736 field sampling locations where cheatgrass occurrence was determined.

This map was developed to show the distribution of human influence in the western United States. This dataset was developed from the Human Footprint inthe western United States (Leu et al. 2008) in order to ease the interpretation of humand footprint comparisons. Provides the distirubtion of 3 human foorpint instensity class in the western United States
This map was developed to examine multi-scale spatial relationships between percentage of sagebrush and other response variables of interest. A map of sagebrush in the western United States was used as a base layer for a moving window analysis to calculate the percentage of the area classified as sagebrush within a 54-km search radius. Provides 54-km scale proportion of sagebrush land cover for use in examining multi-scale relationships.
