This dataset includes gravity observations collected on the Coconino Plateau, Arizona, from 2015 to 2019 and reductions that were used to arrive at the gravity residual reported in the associated publication (Wildermuth, 2022). Relative-gravity surveys were carried out using a ZLS Burris relative-gravity meter. Absolute gravity values were taken from the closest NGS stations and relative-gravity differences were combined with nearby absolute gravity values using a least-squared network adjustment, as implemented in the software Gravnet (Hwang, C., Wang, C., Lee, L., 2002. Adjustment of relative gravity measurements using weighted and datum-free constraints. Comput. Geosci. 28, 1005–1015). Additional information...

A bare earth Digital Elevation Model (DEM) created from 2011 LiDAR LAS files for Austin and Colorado counties in Texas. LiDAR data collection was funded by the Texas Water Development Board. LiDAR LAS files were acquired from Texas Natural Resources Information System (TNRIS). The DEM is a dataset that depicts the topography of the bare earth surface (i.e. surface minus vegetation, buildings, powerlines, etc). This dataset was developled to be used in conjunction with the DSM to create a vegetation height surface (nDSM). The LAS point cloud was filtered to ground points only and the mean z value was calculated. A Digital Surface Model (DSM) created from 2011 LiDAR LAS files for Austin and Colorado counties in Texas....

This R code (PrepData.R) is used to process the quality controlled legacy nest card data (1985 - 2019) together with the observer names data to produce a capture history data set plot searched twice in 1995 to 1999. Second searches of plot are defined by the PLOTTYPE = “R2” in the nest cards data. Matches are define by the PREVIOUSOBS and PREVIOUSNEST field in the nest card data set but a large number of quality control issue arise in this process and are resolve as detailed in this code. This code produces a data file “chdata.csv” that defines the capture history for each nest and is used as input to Program MARK and JAGS for model fitting and detection estimation. Basic operations include reconciling species and...

The Florida Flood Hub for Applied Research and Innovation and the U.S. Geological Survey have developed projected future change factors for precipitation depth-duration-frequency (DDF) curves at 242 National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Atlas 14 stations in Florida. The change factors were computed as the ratio of projected future to historical extreme-precipitation depths fitted to extreme-precipitation data from downscaled climate datasets using a constrained maximum likelihood (CML) approach as described in https://doi.org/10.3133/sir20225093. The change factors correspond to the periods 2020-59 (centered in the year 2040) and 2050-89 (centered in the year 2070) as compared to the 1966-2005 historical...
