This dataset consists of 176 wideband magnetotelluric (MT) stations collected from 2015-2019 across parts of Minnesota, Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) acquired these data as part of regional investigations into the geologic and tectonic framework of the area and to support mineral resource investigations. These data have been used to generate a 3D regional conductivity model of the area. Files included in this publication include measured electric- and magnetic-field time series as well as estimated impedance and vertical-magnetic field transfer functions. The data included here are for MT station nmn704 in the Northern Minnesota survey region. A shapefile with station...
This dataset includes two folders of spatial data associated with the Trent River. The folder Trent_River includes five files: 1) The portion of the Ontario Integrated Hydrology Dataset Enchanced Watercouse in the river watershed, 2) the location of the study sites, 3) the delineated valley segments on the river mainstem, 4) the valley segment boundary locations, and 5) the watershed outline boundary. The folder Trent_SiteCAT includes the upstream catchment area for each study site.

This dataset consists of 24 magnetotelluric (MT) stations collected in 2017 in Gabbs Valley, Nevada. The U.S. Geological Survey acquired these data as part of Phase 2 of the Nevada Play Fairway Analysis Project led by the University of Nevada at Reno and funded by the Department of Energy (grant number DE-EE0006731) with support from the U.S. Geological Survey's Energy Program.

In June of 2011, the U.S. Geological Survey acquired high-resolution P- and S-wave seismic data across the mapped (Schussler, 1906) trace of the San Andreas Fault zone at San Andreas Lake in unincorporated San Mateo County, California. Our seismic survey consisted of seismic reflection, refraction, and guided-wave data along a 60-m-long profile. To acquire the reflection and refraction data we co-located shots and geophones, spaced every meter along the profile. We used 59 SercelTM L40A, P-wave (40-Hz vertical-component) geophones (sensitivity of 22.34 volts/meter/second) to record 59 P-wave shots and 59 SercelTM L28-LBH, S-wave (4.5-Hz horizontal-component) geophones (sensitivity of 31.3 volts/meter/second)to record...

This dataset consists of 14 magnetotelluric (MT) stations collected in 2015 near San Pablo Bay, California along a east-northeast profile. The U.S. Geological Survey acquired these data to understand the fault geometry of the Hayward Fault and the Rodgers Creek Fault.

U.S. Geological Survey, in cooperation with Miami-Dade County, performed a sequential, aquifer stress test from August 15 to October 12, 2011, on the Floridan aquifer system at the North District Wastewater Treatment Plant, in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Miami-Dade County stressed the Floridan aquifer system with four municipal injection wells at the North District. The U.S. Geological Survey measured pressure with a Level TROLL 700 from August 15, 2011, to October 12, 2011, for the lower zone of Floridan aquifer system monitoring well FA-1. These data are part of a larger data set that describe the stress test at the North District (King, 2016, http://dx.doi.org/10.5066/F7QZ2819).

The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), in cooperation with the Puerto Rico Environmental Quality Board, has compiled a series of geospatial datasets for Puerto Rico to be implemented into the USGS StreamStats application (https://streamstats.usgs.gov/ss/). These geospatial datasets, along with basin characteristics datasets for Puerto Rico published as a separate USGS data release (https://doi.org/10.5066/P9HK9SSQ), were used to delineate watersheds and develop the peak-flow and low-flow regression equations used by StreamStats. The geospatial dataset described herein are watershed catchment rasters at a 10-m resolution. The catchment raster assigns a number to each pixel that is unique for each catchment and corresponds...

These orthophotos and digital surface model (DSM) were derived from low-altitude (approximately 92-m above ground surface) images collected from Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) flights over edge-of-field sites that are part of U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) Great Lakes Restoration Initiative (GLRI) monitoring. The objective of this UAS photogrammetry data collection was to provide information on the tile-drain network in individual fields with the goal of understanding already observed patterns in runoff amount and water quality from these sites. A 3DR Solo quadcopter served as the flight vehicle, flights were pre-planned using Mission Planner, and flights were flown using Tower. Geospatial data were originally in WGS84...
