Grand Canyon National Park, Arizona. Taken from a point 168 meters above the Colorado River and shows Granite Park, 336 kilometers below Lees Ferry. A flood-line community is strongly developed along this section of the canyon. Some trees have become established at the edge of the river, a habitat that is here more stable than usual because of the great width of the valley floor. Altitude is 442 meters.
