This metadata record describes 19 annual Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Improvement (CMAQ) Program variables ( kilograms per hectare) for each year between 2002 - 2012 ( Zhang and others, 2012, Schwede and others, 2014) compiled for two spatial components of the NHDPlus version 2.1 data suite hereto referred to as (NHDV2) for the conterminous United States; 1) individual reach catchments and 2) reach catchments accumulated upstream through the river network.
