Data presented are results of vegetation sampling conducted between December 2019 and February 2020 in 24 survey plots to document the status of infestation by shot hole borers (Euwallacea sp.) on the riparian vegetation at the San Diego River. This dataset presents location, percent cover of different vegetation types, and number of seedlings for each survey plot.
