Industrial mineral site no. 1544, known as "Alcorn. Lac" is a site in King County, Washington. This site has been associated with sandstone. A notation found in DGER Bulletin 37 on page 123 says "sandstone containing 2 percent ferric oxide. Washed sample, from which had been removed 19 percent clay with fusion of cone 15, gave fusion at cone 18", and designates the value as "Probably suitable for bottle glass, molding sand, or blast sand ".

A notation found in DGER Bulletin 37 on page 126 says "Similar to no. 8. Tested sample contained 81.1 percent silica and 0.6 percent ferric oxide. Light-gray fusion at cone 16 after removal of 36 percent clay by washing", and designates the value as "Possibly usable for molding sand ".

Industrial mineral site no. 1722, known as "Lime Lake Area" is a site in Pend Oreille County, Washington. This site has been associated with limestone and marble. A notation found in DGER Bulletin 48 on page 41 says "Gray limestone crops out on the crest and west side of the ridge northwest of Lime Lake. The bedding strikes northeastward and dips moderately to the northwest. The limestone in underlain by dolomite and phyllite", and designates the value as "Bennett estimated the tonnage of rock of this purity in the immediate vicinity of the sample site to be 50,000 tons".

Industrial mineral site no. 1834, known as "Sauk River Bridge Deposit" is a site in Skagit County, Washington. This site has been associated with limestone and marble. A notation found in DGER Bulletin 52 on page 303-304 says "Calcareous rocks of two types are exposed. One type consists of a bed about 4 feet thick of light-colored fissile thin-bedded calcareous shale, and underlying it is a 5 to 20 foot thick dark fine-grained carbonaceous massive calcareous shale", and designates the value as "The rock is too impure to be considered a limestone".

A notation found in unpublished material says "Dolomite, apparently siliceous and containing some iron, forms beds as much as 300 feet thick adjacent to the city limits on the west and north", and designates the value as "No data on owneership, tonnage, or composition are available".
