This document describes a legacy collection of 2,263 scanned well logs from 621 distinct wells in the Piceance Basin of western Colorado, now made publicly available for long-term preservation. The dataset includes various log types—gamma ray, sonic, neutron, caliper, and lithologic descriptions—with a primary focus on intervals within the Green River Formation, a region notable for its significant oil shale deposits.
