Compiled 3/23/2011 for the Clearwater Collaborative Analysis Area. The feature class was clipped from the dataset compiled 10/6/2003 for Forest Plan Revision from Clearwater, Nezperce, Bitterroot and Payette National Forest Watershed Coverages.
This dataset is HUC6s in Washington used to summarize information from an analysis of the risk of agricultural pesticide use to groundwater contamination. This dataset is part of a larger groundwater project across the Pacific NW (Brown et al. 2009) region which has two primary goals: (1) develop tools to identify where and how groundwater is important to biodiversity conservation and (2) assess the pressing threats to the quantity and quality of that groundwater and develop strategies to abate those threats. Data and analyses conducted are intended for use at a statewide scale. Therefore, more detailed mapping may be necessary at local scales. For more information please contact the Oregon Field Office of The...

Habitat Importance for Imperiled Species is one of a suite of products from the Nature’s Network project. Nature’s Network is a collaborative effort to identify shared priorities for conservation in the Northeast, considering the value of fish and wildlife species and the natural areas they inhabit. Important Habitats are a group of critical terrestrial and aquatic habitats for imperiled species. The dataset was created by studying the overlap of 600 Species of Greatest Conservation Need (SGCN) and their documented occurrences (from tens of thousands of data points) with terrestrial and aquatic habitats mapped by The Nature Conservancy and UMASS. *NOTE - The download of this data also includes Habitat Condition...

0Aquatic Intactness (v20aF), Utah & COPThis dataset provides an estimate of current aquatic intactness (i.e. condition) based on the extent to which human impacts such as water demand, agriculture, urban development, natural resource extraction, dams, diversions, and alterations have disrupted the hydrology, water quality, and habitat quality of aquatic systems across the state of Utah and the Colorado Plateau. Aquatic intactness values will be high in areas where these impacts are low. This HUC6 (12-Digit NHD Hydrologic Unit Code) resolution dataset was created for the Colorado Plateau REA stepdown analysis using the open-source logic modeling framework Environmental Evaluation Modeling System (EEMS). Spatially-explicit...
