This dataset contains watershed means of estimated percent impervious surfaces for three time periods: 1992, 2002, and 2012. Estimates are based on coefficients derived from comparing land use of the 2012 NAWQA Wall-to-wall Anthropogenic Land-use Trends (NWALT) product to the 2011 National Land Cover Database (NLCD) imperviousness, then applying those coefficients to previous years (1974-2002) of the NWALT dataset.
These tabular data are summaries of land use/land cover related variables within catchments of the Chesapeake Bay watershed using the Xstrm methodology at 1:24,000 scale. Variables being counted as land use/land cover related contain all land use and land cover data including datasets that are split off or combined from those data (eg. agriculture or impervious classes only datasets). Outputs consist of tabular comma-separated values files (CSVs) for both the local catchment and network summaries linked to the National Hydrography Dataset Plus High-Resolution (NHDPlus HR) framework by NHDPlus ID. Local catchments are defined as the single catchment the data is summarized within. Network accumulation summaries were...

This dataset contains digitized land use/land cover (LULC) for the years 2011, 2015, and 2017. The dataset contains a 1-meter resolution raster maps for each year covering the geographic area for six watersheds within and near the Clarksburg Special Protection Area located in Montgomery County, Maryland, USA. The area includes LULC within 500-foot buffered watersheds. Watershed boundaries for Cabin Branch (CB), Crystal Rock (CR), Soper Branch (SB), Tributary 104 (T104), and Tributary 109 (T109) were derived using USGS topographic maps while Ten Mile Creek (TMC) was derived using Montgomery County, Maryland LiDAR data. LULC classes include a water class (10), impervious surface class (20), barren class (30), forest...

The 2005 Western Washington Land Cover Change Analysis project was to provide land cover data for Western Washington for a 1991 time frame and a comprehensive analysis of change in land cover, impervious surface, and forest canopy for all of Western Washington between 1991 and 2001. Listed below is the final shapefile (“Western Washington Counties”), Sanborn project report, and 1991, 1996, and 2001 data layers for the project. In 2009, Ecology contracted with NOAA to provide analysis of land cover for 1986 and 2006. Those data layers have been added to the table below. Also listed in the table below under the subheading of "Ecology data" are the results of using the data provided by NOAA to identify basins which...
