This dataset contains four tables: (1) site, regression and weighted peak flow estimates (peak_flow_estimates.csv) (2) site, regression and weighted low flow estimates (low_flow_estimates.csv) (3) basin characteristics for peak flow sites (peak_basin_stats.csv) (4) basin characteristics for low flow sites (low_basin_stats.csv). These tables support the USGS report "Magnitude and Frequency of Peak Flows and Low Flows on Nontidal Streams in Delaware."

This collection of maps shows fluvial geomorphic features of the Colorado River bottomland including river channel boundaries at high flow (31,300 cubic ft/sec on 06/28/2011 at the Cisco gage) and at lower flow (3,410 cubic ft/sec on 09/06/2010 at the Cisco gage). Also shown is the bottomland boundary delineating the currently active fluvial surface; the bottomland is subdivided by both reaches and bottomland kilometers for reference. Centerlines for the bottomland and 2010 river channel are included, also.
This data release replicates the methods detailed in the 2017 publication titled "Improving predictions of hydrological low-flow indices in ungaged basins using machine learning" for a different data set. The original data set and the associated readme file for the model archive can be viewed here: https://doi.org/10.5066/F7CR5S4T. The original data set contained streamflow data for sites located in South Carolina, Georgia, and Alabama. The data set used in this data release is for 6 states in the Southern Midwest U.S.A. The datafile contains the annual minimum seven-day mean streamflow with an annual exceedance probability of 90% (7Q10) for 173 basins in Arkansas (AR), Iowa (IA), Kansas (KS), Missouri (MO), Nebraska...
