Mt. Hood National Forest Vegetation Inventory

This dataset represents the 1984 vegetation inventory completed during the development of the Mt. Hood National Forest Land and Resource Management Plan. It was updated with 1989 harvested polygons and the addition of Mature Over Mature Study (MOMS) data to the ORACLE database. The polygon data and tables were converted to its current form as the VEGIS coverage with attributes stored in a set of related dbase tables. Vegetation activities were tracked separately in harvest and fire coverages in the past, and currently in FACTS Activities and Fire History geodatabases.
