Canadian discrete water quality data and daily streamflow records were evaluated using the Weighted Regression on Time, Discharge, and Seasons (WRTDS) model implemented with the EGRET R package (Hirsch et al. 2010, Hirsch and De Cicco 2015). Models were used to estimate loads of solutes and evaluate trends for three constituents of interest (selenium, nitrate, and sulfate). Six models were generated; one model for each of the three constituents of interest, in each of the two major tributaries to Lake Koocanusa: the Kootenay River at Fenwick (BC08NG0009), and the Elk River above Highway 93 Near Elko (BC08NK0003). Data were obtained by downloading data from the British Columbia Water Tool (https://kwt.bcwatertool.ca/surface-water-quality,...
This dataset contains monthly crop irrigation requirement (CIR) values from 1938 through 2014 for six canal service units used in the Lower Rio Grande Basin groundwater flow model (SSPA, 2007). CIR values from 1938 through 2010 were extracted from the New Mexico Office of the State Engineer’s (NMOSE’s) Canal spreadsheet, version 11.2 (Barroll, P., NMOSE, written commun., 2011). CIR values from 2011 through 2014 were copied from a year within the 1938 through 2010 dataset with a similar total annual precipitation as recorded at the State University, NM US station, part of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) National Climatic Data Center (NCDC) Global Historical Climatology Network (GHCND) (NCDC,...

This line vector dataset represents the faults and dikes used as input data for the Rio Grande transboundary integrated hydrologic model and water-availability analysis, New Mexico and Texas, United States, and Northern Chihuahua, Mexico.
These data were compiled for the creation of a continuous, transboundary land cover map of Bird Conservation Region 33, Sonoran and Mojave Deserts (BCR 33). Objective(s) of our study were to, 1) develop a machine learning (ML) algorithm trained to classify vegetation land cover using remote sensing spectral data and phenology metrics from 2013-2020, over a large subregion of the Sonoran and Mojave Deserts BCR, 2) Calibrate, validate, and refine the final ML-derived vegetation map using a collection of openly sourced remote sensing and ground-based ancillary data, images, and limited fieldwork, and 3) Harmonize a new transboundary classification system by expanding existing land cover mapping resources from the United...

This dataset contains monthly pumping rates for municipal and industrial (MnI) wells in New Mexico within the Rio Grande Transboundary Integrated Hydrologic Model (RGTIHM) that were not included in other pumping rate datasets. In RGTIHM, these wells are considered the New Mexico Office of the State Engineer MnI (NMOSE_MnI) group. Monthly pumping rates are presented in units of cubic feet per day for the period from March 1940 through December 2014.

This point vector dataset represents 8,877 domestic well locations and attributes used as input data for the Rio Grande Transboundary Integrated Hydrologic Model (RGTIHM). Attributes include well construction information, historic water use information, and flags indicating assumptions made for modeling purposes. Data were compiled from various sources; see Supplemental Information for details.
This point vector dataset represents tributary pour points used as model boundary inflow locations to the tributary Streamflow-Routing (SFR) Package network for recharge and runoff simulated by the Transboundary Rio Grande Watershed Model (TRGWM) for the Rio Grande transboundary integrated hydrologic model and water-availability analysis, New Mexico and Texas, United States, and Northern Chihuahua, Mexico (Hanson and others, 2018).
This line vector dataset represents initial groundwater head contours used as input data for the Rio Grande transboundary integrated hydrologic model and water-availability analysis, New Mexico and Texas, United States, and Northern Chihuahua, Mexico.
This tabular dataset represents monthly flow at 80 tributary pour points (see the RGTIHM_Tributary_Pour_Pts feature class) used as model boundary inflow locations to tributaries (see the RGTIHM_Tributaries feature class) simulated with the Streamflow-Routing (SFR) Package for MODFLOW-One-Water Hydrologic Flow Model in the Rio Grande Transboundary Integrated Hydrologic Model (RGTIHM). Flows in this dataset were derived from the Transboundary Rio Grande Watershed Model (TRGWM) estimates of recharge and runoff accumulated from TRGWM grid cells within the subwatershed (see the RGTIHM_TRGWM_Subwatersheds feature class) upstream of the pour point (Hanson and others, 2018). Flow in this tabular dataset is specified monthly...

This tabular dataset represents monthly flow at 61 surface-water points of diversion used to route flow in the Streamflow-Routing (SFR) Package for MODFLOW-One-Water Hydrologic Flow Model in the Rio Grande Transboundary Integrated Hydrologic Model (RGTIHM). Thirty-one of the 61 diversion points represent surface-water deliveries to combined groundwater and surface-water water balance subregions (WBS), and the remaining 30 diversion points represent diversions to canals and laterals along the surface-water conveyance network. Flow in this tabular dataset is specified monthly at each diversion point as either a rate (volume per time) in cubic feet per day, or as a fractional split from the simulated flow in the upstream...

http://archive.ilmb.gov.bc.ca/cis/initiatives/ias/btm/index.htmlThis GIS dataset is part of a suite of wildlife habitat connectivity data produced by the Washington Wildlife Habitat Connectivity Working Group (WHCWG). The WHCWG is a voluntary public-private partnership between state and federal agencies, universities, tribes, and non-governmental organizations. The WHCWG is co-led by the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW) and the Washington Department of Transportation (WSDOT). The statewide analysis quantifies current connectivity patterns for Washington State and adjacent areas in British Columbia, Idaho, Oregon and a small portion of Montana. Available WHCWG raster data include model base layers,...
