The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is considering changing the operations of Berlin Lake, Lake Milton, Michael J Kirwan Reservoir, and Mosquito Creek Lake. The lakes in this study are all reservoirs, formed by dams. These models were constructed to simulate those operations and document possible water-quality effects in the lakes, the lake outflows, and the Mahoning River downstream of the lakes. This data release includes U.S. Army Corps of Engineers water-quality data and the input and output files from the mechanistic water-quality models (CE-QUAL-W2).

The Geographic Names Information System (GNIS) is the Federal standard for geographic nomenclature. The U.S. Geological Survey developed the GNIS for the U.S. Board on Geographic Names, a Federal inter-agency body chartered by public law to maintain uniform feature name usage throughout the Government and to promulgate standard names to the public. The GNIS is the official repository of domestic geographic names data; the official vehicle for geographic names use by all departments of the Federal Government; and the source for applying geographic names to Federal electronic and printed products of all types. See http://geonames.usgs.gov for additional information.

These data were collected to support a drought-vulnerability assessment and near real-time drought awareness web tool for public water systems (PWS) on surface water supply in West Virginia. PWS withdrawal rates were evaluated against USGS low-flow stream statistics, modeled streamflow from the National Water Model, and thresholds from state drought response guidelines and ecological-flow literature. Other PWS information relevant to water management, including flow regulation and water storage is included. Description of Data These data are available in Excel (.xlsx) files and comma-separated text files (.csv) for access in nonproprietary formats. The "sites" file contains attribute information for each PWS intake,...

This dataset was extracted by FCC from their database. This dataset and related datasets from the FCC include categories such as: FCC licensing database extracts, FCC licensin market boundaries, US boundaries and features. With these data sets, you will be able to determine the locations and limited technical details of existing towers the FCC collects data on (i.e. Cellular, Paging, Microwave, AM, FM, etc...). This information can be extremely helpful in conducting analysis such as; current service deployment, need/feasibility determinations of new services, co-location of antenna structures, inventorying of structures, network planning, etc. The Wireless Telecommunications Bureau (WTB) handles all FCC domestic...

The Goshen County GIS (Geographic Information Systems) department is, as a recently created county department, still developing in terms of responsibilities. Primarily the department to date has been tasked with developing a geographic information system encompassing and incorporating available data from all sources as a means to both act as a data repository and more importantly to assist the county with planning and emergency information needs. The GIS department is initially tasked with creating and updating the county’s rural addressing and county road maps as a means to assist county agencies, emergency responders, other governmental entities and the public at large.

The "Broad-scale assessment of biophysical features in Colorado: Terrestrial development index using 5-kilometer moving window" raster dataset quantifies levels of development (urban, agriculture, energy and mineral extraction and transmission, and roads and railroads) for all lands in Colorado. The terrestrial development index (TDI) represents the total percentage of the estimated surface disturbance footprint from development within a 5-kilometer (km) radius moving window. The TDI scores range from 0 to 100 percent. Methods are described in the companion report (see "Larger Work" section).

The purpose of this USGS data release is to publish NC SELDM streamflow statistics and summary statistics of physical and chemical data in support of the information provided in the above-referenced report. This data release consists of two data sets, "NC SELDM streamflow statistics..." and "NC SELDM summary statistics for physical and chemical data...". The tables that are uploaded for the "NC SELDM streamflow statistics for 266 streamgages across North Carolina" sub-section are primarily the support files for the StreamStatsDB update that was completed when the report was approved. These files were generated using the GNWISQ and QSTATS computer programs developed and described by Granato (2009, appendices 1 and...

Light intensity levels in lux from upper sensors in Moneystump marsh at Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge MD. There are 25 light sensors all located in the control treatment area. Five sensors are located in the lowest elevation (marsh), five located in the upper marsh, five located in the marsh-forest transition zone (ecotone), five located in the lower forest, and five located in the highest elevation (upper forest). Data covers the time span from October 1 2015 - September 30 2019.

Utility lines were merged from various sources to provide the best comprehensive coverage of the Northwest Boreal LCC. This data depicts the spatial extent of electrical powerlines in the Central Yukon study area. Electrical lines, telephone lines, and pipelines were provided by Alaska Department of Natural Resources. The original statewide data was digitized from 1:63,360 and 1:250,000 USGS topographic maps. The source document that represented the newest information and best geographic location was used to capture the data. All infrastructure from the primary source document was digitized and then supplemented with the information from other source documents for additional or updated infrastructure or attributes.

This data set contains the output values for the golden eagle threat assessment in relation to the 6th Level HUC unit. These values were created using the analysis tools in the associated toolbox (MIR_Golden_Eagle_Analysis_175407.tbx). This data layer contains the output values for all of the change agents used in the analysis of the golden eagle.

Urban/exurban area data were extracted from GAP landcover data and analyzed to determine the distance from Bald eagle potential suitable habitat. The quality of a HUC in relation to distance to urban/exurban areas was defined as good (3), fair (2), or poor (1). The score indicates the threat level for each attribute. A low score indicates a low threat, a medium score indicates a medium threat, and a high score indicates a high threat to the species. The values for each score were characterized in relation to distance from urban/exurban areas by >15km = good, 6-15km = fair, and
