Wildfire Probability for the Sagebrush Biome across the Western United States The wildfire probability map was produced to spatially map the potential of wildfire across the sagebrush biome. This dataset may inform wildland fire management decisions including preparedness, suppression, fuels management and post-fire recovery for western sagebrush communities. The extent of the dataset covers all sagebrush communities and grassland with sagebrush components occurring across portions of thirteen western states: Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, North Dakota and South Dakota. Probabiilty values for wildfires => 300 acres were estimated by Short et al. (2016; https://doi.org/10.2737/RDS-2016-0034) and were extracted for the sagebrush...
