North base of Little Ajo Mountains and the pediment fronting it, looking northeastward from northwest spur of Little Ajos: Batamote Mountain on sky line at left Pogo Redondo Mountains in the middle sky line. These are lava hills. The light colored hillocks standing above the pediment in the left middle ground are residua of Cornelia quartz monzonite, above the pediment.
