This publication provides digital flight line data for a high-resolution horizontal magnetic gradient and radiometric survey over the Ironton, Missouri area of southeast Missouri. Data were collected using a fixed wing aircraft with magnetometers mounted in the tail stinger and each wing tip pod and a fully calibrated gamma ray spectrometer. The survey operated out of the Farmington, Missouri airport during January to mid-February of 2016. Selected archived sample splits collected as part of the National Uranium Resource Evaluation (NURE) Hydrogeochemical and Stream Sediment Reconnaissance (HSSR) program, were reanalyzed by the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) as part of a NURE-HSSR Reanalysis project (Smith and others, 2018). This dataset includes the locations for audio-magnetotelluric (AMT) sounding data collected in August 2017 in the Buffalo River watershed of northern Arkansas by the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS). The sites were mostly alongside Osage Creek and its intermittent tributaries. Along with geologic mapping, the USGS used AMT data at 6 sites along a southwest-northeast profile of about 7 kilometers across the inferred northeastern margin of the Bear Creek uplift within the southern Ozark Dome to better constrain the buried, northeastern margin of the Bear Creek uplift.
