This is a continuous raster dataset identifying wetland basins/rice fields that are priority for freshwater enhancement to increase the quantity and/or quality of mottled duck brood rearing wetlandsin the Western Gulf Coast. The identification process is based on key biological parameters such as patch size, land use type, distance to brood rearing habitat, etc. Additionally, this raster datasets presents the data in a form that prioritizes habitat from more suitable to less suitable based on landscape metrics. The scale ranges from 1.99to .02, higher value designating higher priority for enhancement.

More than one-half of coastal wetlands in the contiguous United States are located along the Gulf of Mexico coast. Vulnerability of Sagebrush Ecosystem Permeability to Human Modification within the Green River Basin
The landscape permeability model represents the structural connectivity of sagebrush ecosystem habitat in the Green River Basin (including ~5-10 km boundary outside of the GRB. This model connects patches of habitat, across the landscape using resistances that represent the degree of human modification and slope (energetic costs), using the Multi-Scale Landscape Permeability model (Theobald et al. 2012; Theobald unpublished). These data were used to create a bathymetric surface (TIN) of the reservoir. Data collected in 1938 were used to create a second TIN and a contour line shapefile.
