The following processing steps were applied: - Dissolve SMA from States, GRSG_States to the ADMIN_AGENCY_CD field. Output GRSG_States_dis. - In a new field called ADMIN_AGENCY_CEA (text 16), calculate BIA, BOR, BPA, COE, DOD, DOE, FAA, FWS, GSA, NPS, TRIBAL, USDA, and USGS to "OTHERFED", calculate everything else to "ADMIN_AGENCY_CD" value (correcting errors). - Add ADMIN_AGENCY_CEA field to the FS Administrative Forest final dataset.
