![]() This cover contains the outlines of recent landslides formed prior to Hurricane Mitch in October - November 1998. Jeffrey Coe and Robert Bucknam mapped the landslides. Most landslides were mapped using 1:40,000-scale aerial photographs and a Kern PG-2 photogrammetric plotter at 4X and 8X magnifications. The photographs were scaled and oriented to the topographic base map using prominent topographic landmarks and plotted on a transparent polyester overlay registered to the topographic base maps at scales of 1:50,000 or 1:25,000. In areas where landslides were very sparse, the aerial photographs were scanned with a mirror stereoscope at 4X magnification, and landslide locations were transferred to base maps by inspection....

This child page contains the model input and output data used in the model validation process for one Program for Predicting Polluting Particle Passage through Pits, Puddles and Ponds (P8) model during the validation period of the study detailed in the associated Scientific Investigations Report "Comparison of Storm Runoff Models for a Small Watershed in an Urban Metropolitan Area, Albuquerque, New Mexico" (Shephard and Douglas-Mankin, 2020). This model was used to simulate storm runoff in the Hahn Arroyo Watershed, an urbanized watershed with concrete lined channels in the northeastern quadrant of Albuquerque that exhibits flashy, monsoonal-driven storm runoff events. The model is described in detail in the associated...
This dataset is from a restoration field study conducted at seven sites distributed across the southern Colorado Plateau in northern Arizona as part of the RestoreNet dryland restoration field trial network. The data consist of post-experimental restoration treatment (2018-2019) plant density and height measurements along with site precipitation, temperature, and soils data. Plant data were collected through plot monitoring visits distributed throughout the first year following restoration treatments and seeding.
