The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) entered into cooperative agreements with the Santa Barbara County Water Agency and Vandenberg Space Force Base to conduct a hydrologic resource assessment and develop an integrated numerical hydrologic model of the San Antonio Creek Valley watershed (SACVW). As part of this study, the USGS developed a digital three-dimensional hydrogeologic framework model (HFM).
