The model area encompasses approximately 35,000 square-kilometers of...
This dataset describes water-level and associated data for wells open to various hydrogeologic units of Delaware that were used to create potentiometric surface contours for selected aquifers that underlie both the Coastal Plain of northern and central Delaware, and southern New Jersey. Water-level measurements were collected during October 2013.
Depth-to-water raster for the shallow groundwater system in the Lower Gunnison River Basin, Colorado
This dataset consists of raster-based depth-to-water values (in feet) for the shallow groundwater system in the Lower Gunnison River Basin in Delta, Montrose, Ouray, and Gunnison Counties, Colorado. Depth-to-water values in this dataset were derived from a geostatistical interpolation of point data presented in the dataset waterlevel_data. The U.S. Geological Survey prepared this dataset in cooperation with the Colorado Water Conservation Board.
This dataset consists of altitudes values (in feet) representing the generalized potentiometric surface of the shallow groundwater system in the Lower Gunnison River Basin in Delta, Montrose, Ouray, and Gunnison Counties, Colorado. Potentiometric-surface altitude values were computed as the difference between land surface and depth to water represented by dataset dtw. The U.S. Geological Survey prepared this dataset in cooperation with the Colorado Water Conservation Board.
The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) is providing an online map of water level measurements in the Magothy and Jameco aquifers on Long Island, New York, April-May 2013. USGS serves this map and geospatial data as a REST Open Map Service (as well as HTTP, JSON, KML, and shapefile), so end-users can use the map and data on mobile and web clients. A companion report, U.S. Geological Survey Scientific Investigations Map 3326 (Como and others, 2015; http://dx.doi.org/10.3133/sim3326) further describes data collection and map preparation and presents 68x22 in. PDF versions, 4 sheets, scale 1:125,000. The potentiometric surface altitude was measured at 70 observation wells and 31 supply wells screened...

These data were released prior to the October 1, 2016 effective date for the USGS’s policy dictating the review, approval, and release of scientific data as referenced in USGS Survey Manual Chapter 502.8 Fundamental Science Practices: Review and Approval of Scientific Data for Release. During 2008, the U.S. Geological Survey and other agencies made approximately 2,500 water-level measurements in the Mojave River and Morongo groundwater basins. These data document recent conditions and, when compared with previous data, changes in groundwater levels. A water-level contour map was drawn using data from about 700 wells, providing coverage for most of the basins. Twenty-four hydrographs show long-term (up to 70 years)...
