This map shows areas of potential encroachment of invasive vegetation species, in the context of their current predicted distribution. Current distribution is compiled from multiple sources: LANDFIRE EVT, LANDFIRE Succession Classes, NatureServe National Landcover, Integrated Landscape Assessment Project - Current Landcover, Tamarisk Probability Model, and Sahara Mustard Probability model (developed for this REA). Near-Term Distribution is supplemented with near-term predictions from the Sahara Mustard model (all other sources are the same as current).
