Purpose

The purpose of this dataset is to track the position of the bank over time. The data can be used to document erosion and allow erosion rates to be estimated. Determination of erosion rates allows risk levels to be determined for infrastructure, and may help inform decisions about erosion countermeasures. The data are provided in shapefile format.
