Risk assessments describe the risk of a species’ invasion in a location, and many risk assessments have been produced by different institutions for various reasons. However, information is sporadically located online, increasing the difficulty of developing comprehensive lists of species with risk assessments or comparing assessment results across species in locations of interest. Therefore, we aggregated species risk assessments by searching information systems and conducting a literature review. The city of Cortland is located in Cortland County, New York. This data release consists of three child items distinguishing the following types of data: light detection and ranging (lidar) point clouds (LPCs), digital elevation models (DEMs), and snow depth raster maps. These three data types are all derived from lidar data collected on small, uncrewed aircraft systems (sUAS) at study areas in the Upper Colorado River Basin, Colorado, from 2020 to 2022. These data were collected and generated as part of the U.S. Geological Survey's (USGS) Next Generation Water Observing Systems (NGWOS) Upper Colorado River Basin project.

Daily measurements of evaporation using the Bowen ratio method were made at USGS station name LZ40 (USGS site number 265405080472100), a platform-based station constructed by the South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) at the approximate center of Lake Okeechobee, Florida. Data collection began on November 15, 2012. Meteorological and environmental variables were measured every 30 seconds and averaged at 30-minute resolution until February 7, 2013 and 15-minute resolution thereafter to December 31, 2019, including: precipitation, air temperature, relative humidity, wind speed, incoming/outgoing solar radiation, and water temperature at various depths.

The USDA Forest Service (USFS) builds two versions of percent tree canopy cover (TCC) data to serve needs of multiple user communities. These datasets encompass the conterminous United States (CONUS), Coastal Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands (PRUSVI). This dataset includes well logs used in the creation of the Cincinnatus hydrogeologic framework. Well logs were used from multiple sources (DEC, DOT, NWIS) and were a crucial component in generating hydrogeologic layer elevations and thicknesses. Well logs are available in their original form on GeoLog Locator (https://webapps.usgs.gov/GeoLogLocator/#!/) and provided here in the digitized form (shapefiles and feature classes), which were used in the generation of the hydrogeologic framework.

Sediment traps were deployed in thirty-three ephemeral and perennial tributaries to the San Juan River during 2021 and 2022. This dataset includes the chemical concentrations of the sediment samples collected in sediment traps during storm events. These traps collected sediment during storm events that typically occur as monsoonal convective storms from June to September. Because of the rural nature of the watershed, sediment traps were collected every 3 weeks so the sediment collected is a composite of that time period.
