Airborne electromagnetic (AEM), magnetic, and radiometric data were acquired November 2018 to February 2019 along 16,816 line-kilometers (line-km) over the Mississippi Alluvial Plain (MAP). Data were acquired by CGG Canada Services, Ltd. with three different helicopter-borne sensors: the CGG Canada Services, Ltd. Resolve frequency-domain AEM instrument that is used to map subsurface geologic structure at depths up to 100 meters, depending on the subsurface resistivity; a Scintrex CS-3 cesium vapor magnetometer that detects changes in deep (hundreds of meters to kilometers) geologic structure based on variations in the magnetic properties of different formations; and a Radiation Solutions RS-500 spectrometer that...

Digital flood-inundation maps for a 9.9-mile reach of Dardenne Creek, St. Charles County, Missouri, were created by the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) in cooperation with St. Charles County, Missouri Department of Transportation, and the cities of O'Fallon and St. Peters, Missouri. The flood-inundation maps, which can be accessed through the USGS Flood Inundation Mapping Science Program at http://water.usgs.gov/osw/flood_inundation/ , depict estimates of the areal extent and depth of flooding corresponding to select water levels (stages) at the USGS streamgages 05514860 Dardenne Creek at Old Town St. Peters, Missouri, and 05587450 Mississippi River at Grafton, Illinois. Near-real-time stages at these streamgages...

These data are high-resolution bathymetry (riverbed elevation) in ASCII XYZ format, generated from the June 2, 2017, hydrographic survey of the Gasconade River near structure A3787 on U.S. Highway 50 at Mount Sterling, Missouri, to help identify possible effects from extreme flooding on May 1-2, 2017. Hydrographic data were collected using a high-resolution multibeam echosounder mapping system (MBMS), which consists of a multibeam echosounder (MBES) and an inertial navigation system (INS) mounted on a marine survey vessel. Data were collected as the vessel traversed the river along planned survey lines distributed throughout the reach. Data collection software integrated and stored the depth data from the MBES and...

These data were compiled to provide gridded estimates of environmental suitability for pinyon-juniper species in western North America. These gridded suitability projections provide estimates of suitability under current climate conditions and future climate conditions and allow for visualization of suitability change across each species’ entire range. These data consist of gridded projected suitability values for three pinyon and six juniper tree species across western North America. Objective(s) of our study were to estimate suitability for these tree species under current and future climate conditions to compare potential for distribution shifts under climate change. These data represent a relationship between...
