For the remaining FHPs, the boundaries were developed in 2013 to reflect the boundary as defined by the respective partnerships. The geodatabase contains two feature datasets. The 'Boundaries' feature dataset includes official partnership boundaries. The 'Subregions_States' feature dataset includes partnership boundaries along with state and/or subregion boundaries. The included projects were extracted from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Fisheries Information Structure (FIS) on July 2013. Project centerpoints were verified and corrected as needed by Pacific States Marine Fisheries Commission staff where data were available by comparing location descriptions in the project attributes with satellite imagery. When the centerpoint was not initially reported available locational attributes were used to create an approximated centerpoint. After verification...
