Summary

points representing downstream end of each segment in the Geospatial Fabric. Where there is a convergence, there will a collocatation/superpositioning of multiple points (one for each inbound segment). Field names: seg_id_nat = nationally unique identifier for each segment. This is what will be used to map PRMS simulated streamflow to HUC12s REACHCODE = NHDPlus (v1) REACHCODE TOMEAS = 0.0-100.0 of distance upstream from bottom of REACHCODE reach POINT_X = longitude of point POINT_Y = latitude of point POI_ID = (not used) COMID of NHDPlus (v1) flowline associated with segment. The Geospatial Fabric is based on NHDPlus v1.
