East Marsh Island Marsh Creation (TV-21): 2021 land-water classification The Louisiana State Legislature created the Coastal Wetlands Planning, Protection and Restoration Act (CWPPRA) in order to conserve, restore, create and enhance Louisiana's coastal wetlands.
